Very clean room, price-cost ration was great. Be prepared that humidity is not negotiable, the floor in the room will stay wet. The hotel is super central, in the "old town" so to speak so you can walk to a number of temples and sights well. The restaurant inside is also good, everyone is polite and eager to help. English has proven tricky for some employees, but they make up for it with engagement. One thing tho, half of the menu doesn't seem to be in stock, from 6 things, maybe three are available, you will have to figure out which ones ;) The roof top bar is nice and offers a cool view.

I had a really comfortable and unique stay at the Ember Hotel; it was well worth staying there. A special mention to all the staff who helped me during my stay including the chefs who were excellent; and thank you to Ann who was polite, thorough and gave an exemplary service in the restaurant. I liked the comfy bed, rooftop area and the restaurant menu with the fare that was on offer.

Excellent hotel for value. Matt at the reception helped me plenty and a thorough professional. I forgot my money and passport in the locker and he handed it to me within 5 seconds of arriving back to get them. Very trustworthy and as hotels should be. Please don't hesitate to stay here

Would highly recommend! The service was amazing from the receptionist and the other staff members. We were greeted and our heavy bags were taken for us. They stored them for us until we could fully check in but the room was also ready earlier than we expected which was great! We were also able to leave our bags all day after we checked out so we could enjoy the city before our night bus. They took our bags to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable with good AC and very nice shower. The breakfast had so many options, we also had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely. Pretty central location close to the grand palace. Good lighting in the room. Even a small balcony which we didn’t expect. A shame that the rooftop bar was shut but it was very pretty up there and the closing can only be blamed on the poor weather. Would highly highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff.

If you like this very busy area but want a bit of quite when you retire to your hotel this Is a good little place, No pool but small gym gym on roof, breakfast was great! Very tasty

From booking and agoda site this hotel looks so great but the reality is the different. Street sellers blocking the hotel view all the day make it impossible to enjoy the street view from inside the restaurant. Moreover, if you arrived …

I came to stay here with my friend. The room here is very nice decorated but I think the room is a bit small. But the price is right, suitable for tourists. The staff provides very good service. Mr.Matt are friendly and helpful to me.we will come and stay with you.
